The prices of our products are quoted in Swiss francs including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

Article 6: PURCHASE OF GOODS, ORDER PROCESS

 

6.1 The order of a product on this website is considered an offer to purchase a product in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.

 

6.2 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation at your email address stating that we have become aware of your order. We would like to inform you that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

 

6.3 Orders are subject to approval by YUNIK.

 

Information you provide as part of your order, such as messages for gift cards, texts/photos to be personalised (e.g. engraving), or photographs of your watch and movement, may be refused without stating a reason. In such a case, we are free to cancel your contract and refund you or cancel your order (if applicable).

 

We assume no responsibility for the accuracy or fitness of this information for its intended use.

 

6.4 We confirm the acceptance of your order by sending you an order confirmation by email. Subject to Art. 6.3 above, this results in a legally binding contract between the two parties.

 

6.5 This contract only relates to products for which we have confirmed delivery in the order confirmation document. We are not obliged to deliver any other products that may form part of your order, unless the delivery of these products has been confirmed in a separate order confirmation.

 

 

 

Article 7: PRICE AND PAYMENT

 

7.1 The price of a product corresponds to the respective data indicated on the website, unless there are obvious errors. VAT (percentage currently in force) is included in the prices shown.

 

Delivery costs are not included in the price; These are shown separately next to the offer.

7.2 We are not obliged to deliver a product to you at an incorrect price (lower price) if the pricing error is obvious and you could easily have detected that the price quoted was incorrect, even if we have already sent you an order confirmation with the incorrect price.

 

7.3 Payment can be made with the credit or debit cards described in the order process. We will indicate the amount to be paid in the order confirmation. Payment must be made before the products are delivered. We debit the amount due from your bank account just before the products are delivered. We are entitled to postpone the delivery of the products until we have received full payment for the products ordered.

 

7.4 All credit card holders are subject to a validity check by the card issuer, which must also authorise the cardholder to use the card. The personal data of the credit card holder that is required for checks may be exchanged with third parties. If the credit card issuer does not authorise payment, we cannot be held liable for the delay or non-delivery of the order.

 

Article 8: DELIVERY

 

8.1 We will send you information and a link to Track&Trace of Swiss Post CH Ltd. Delivery will in principle be made within 3 to 5 days from the date of the order, if nothing else has been explicitly agreed upon at the time of the execution of the order.

 

8.2 The delivery address corresponds to the data provided in the order confirmation. We only deliver within the borders of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For practical reasons, it is sometimes desirable to send several products from the same order in several times (split shipping). If this is the case, this will be mentioned in the shipping notice. If this would result in an increase in delivery costs, we will only send the products in instalments (split shipping) without your express consent if the higher costs have already been communicated to you at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Article 9: TRANSFER OF RISK AND TITLE

 

9.1 The product becomes your property as soon as the full payment of the purchase price (including delivery costs) has been made in full or the delivery of the product has been made, whichever comes first. We are entitled to require the return of the products at any time prior to the transfer of ownership, if you breach these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.

 

9.2 The transfer of risk takes place with delivery to the address indicated. Risks, within the meaning of this provision, relate to liability in the event of damage to the product or damage caused by its use, handling or storage.

 

 

 

Article 10: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

10.1 You have a right of withdrawal which you can exercise by making the request from our website within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the product concerned.

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are free of defects and that are made to measure or clearly personalized (e.g. engraving).

 

No returns will be accepted in YUNIK retailers' stores

 

The return request is made exclusively on our website:

 

By logging into your account, by email, by entering the number of the relevant order - which appears in the order confirmation email you received - as well as the email address used for the order.

 

You are then asked to complete an online form indicating the product(s) to be returned, the quantity and the reason for the return.

 

A confirmation email will then be sent to you with the return process

 

After this time, no returns will be refunded.

 

Each returned product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note and all accessories received:

 

For a watch order:

 

the complete case and packaging; and

 

the guarantee booklet; and

 

the bracelet; and

 

where applicable, free items.
