The Yunik brand, belonging to the Achor SA Switzerland Group, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. We are posting this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and the choices you have associated with that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected about you by YUNIK when you do any of the following (collectively, the “Services”): (I) visit our stores; (II) communicate with us in any written, electronic and oral communication; (III) use our websitehttps://www.yunikwatches.com.  and any corresponding web pages, websites or mobile applications that link to this Policy (the “Site”); and (IV) use any other functionality or content owned or operated by YUNIK, belonging to Groupe achor SA Suisse.

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms. If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy or our Terms, you should not use or access our Services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and make changes to information previously collected, as permitted by law. We will post changes to this Privacy Policy here, so be sure to check back regularly. We may collect personal information from users who: purchase products from us; register a product purchased from us; review our products; participate in online surveys; wish to make certain requests for information to us online; and/or users who wish to participate in online contests, sweepstakes, promotions and discussions sponsored by us on this Site and mobile applications. The type of information we request or collect may include User contact information (such as name, mailing address, and email address), billing information (such as credit card number and expiry date) and demographic information about the user (such as zip code, age or income level). The visitor's contact information will be used to contact the visitor where the visitor has expressed interest in being contacted (visitors may opt out of receiving future mailings by emailing us a request at privacy@bulova.com).

We may obtain your personal information from a brand controlled by or under common control with Groupe Achor SA Suisse.

Targeted Advertising.

We use information about Internet and network activity and device data to serve advertisements directly to you on third-party websites and mobile applications.

These advertisements will display the AdChoices icon. If you prefer not to receive advertisements from YUNIK on third-party sites, you can click on the AdChoices icon in the advertisement, which will direct you to an AdChoices page where you can opt out of receiving advertisements served by YUNIK.

Currently, we do not change our data collection and use practices in response to Do Not Track signals.

Device data:

You can manage how your mobile device and mobile browser share certain device data, as well as how your mobile browser handles cookies by adjusting the privacy and security settings on your mobile device. Please refer to the instructions provided by your mobile service provider or device manufacturer on how to adjust your settings.

Location Information

You may be able to adjust your device settings so that information about your physical location is not sent to us or third parties by (a) turning off location services in the device settings; or (b) deny certain websites or mobile applications permission to access location information by changing the relevant preferences and permissions in your mobile device or browser settings. To provide our services to you

We will use your personal information to provide information or perform the services you request. If the applicable information is to be provided or if the Service is to be performed by a third party, we will disclose the applicable information to the third party providing the information or performing the applicable Services. Your information may be available or provided to third party service providers and contractors who are contractually obligated to protect your information as set forth in this policy.

Engage in marketing activities

Marketing helps us grow our community and keep you up to date with new products and services. We process your contact details or information about your interactions on our Services to: send you marketing communications and keep you informed about our products and services; provide you with information about events; and offer you targeted marketing. Within our company

YUNIK is part of the Achor SA Group, a Swiss company, which has a legal entity, several business processes, management structures and technical systems.

YUNIK may share your personal information with this organization to provide the Services to you and take action based on your request.

Business transactions

If YUNIK is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred. We will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Third Party Advertisers

In certain circumstances, we may share your personal information with third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of such disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

Co-branded services and features

Portions of our site or services may be offered as part of co-branded services and features. We will share your personal information with our co-branded partners based on your voluntary use of or participation in a co-branded service or feature. Co-branded partners will be identified on the co-branded feature or service, along with the applicable co-branded partner's privacy policy. YUNIK may disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of YUNIK, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or to protect against legal liability.

Please note that we may disclose, without restriction, aggregated or anonymized information about our users, that is, information that does not identify any specific individual.

 

5. COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

 

To provide you with our Services, we may send you communications relating to your transactions, security, or administration of our Services. From time to time, we may also send you other messages or updates regarding YUNIK, our website, promotions or other activities. If you do not wish to receive non-transaction/security-related communications from us, you may opt-out by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the communication or contact us at the locations provided in the “Contact Us” section. , below.

 

If you opt out of receiving communications from us, we may still send you service communications such as emails about your account, your purchases, or the services we provide to you. Please note that "opt-out" and "opt-out" requests may not take effect immediately and may take a reasonable time to be received, processed and implemented, during which time your information will remain subject to the previous privacy settings. Additionally, you should be aware that any information provided to third parties prior to your choice to opt out or opt out will not be retrieved or voided, except as required by applicable law.

6. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information that you have shared with us on our Site or using our Services. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is accurate and up to date. However, it is your responsibility to update it with any changes. You may notify us through the information in the "Contact Us" section below to request access to, or to correct personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accept a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or render the information incorrect.

 

If you no longer wish to have your personal information processed, you may request deletion of your account and account information, subject to certain limitations, by emailing us as described below. Once you submit your request, we will send an email to the email address linked to your account asking you to confirm your deletion request. Once you have confirmed your request to delete your account and data, your account will no longer be accessible while we process your request. Once you have confirmed your request, this process cannot be cancelled, rescinded, withdrawn or cancelled. When your account is deleted, all associated personal information is deleted.

 

7. RETENTION

 

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. YUNIK will also retain Site and service usage data for internal analysis purposes. We collect your personal information for the business purposes described in Section 3 above. A "business purpose" is defined as the use of personal information for operational business purposes or other notified purposes, provided that the use of the personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the operational purpose for which the Personal Information was collected or another operational purpose consistent with the context in which the Personal Information was collected.

Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights regarding your personal information; however, your rights are subject to certain exceptions. Right against discrimination.

11. PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

Our Services are not intended to attract children under the age of 18. Accordingly, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone we know to be under the age of 18.
